Numerous Arrests After Collaborative Effort Amongst Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies

Starting on March 21st, 2023, the Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division, in conjunction with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Probation and Parole and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Nashua Police Department, worked collaboratively in a multi-faceted effort to locate numerous subjects wanted on outstanding warrants, as well as investigate reported illegal drug activity within the city.

This initiative led to the arrest of 14 individuals:

  • Ronald Anderson, 46, of Nashua, was arrested on March 21st, 2023, by the Nashua Police Department for outstanding arrest warrants out of Merrimack and Hillsborough County.
  • Marc Krajewski, 41, of Manchester, was arrested in Manchester on March 22nd, 2023, by members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court- North.
  • Anastase Kabura, 24, of Manchester, was arrested after a search warrant was executed by members of the Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division and SWAT at an address on River Road on March 23rd, 2023. He was charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Crack Cocaine and Marijuana), and Violation of Bail Conditions.
  • Sean Morrissey, 27, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
  • David Lessard, 47, of Hollis, was arrested on an outstanding Electronic Bench Warrant (Original charge: Criminal Threatening).
  • Kenneth Roberts, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Pinellas County, Florida (Original charge: Sale or Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine). Roberts was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
  • Christopher Greenwood, 32, of Manchester, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants out of Merrimack County Superior Court and Hillsborough County Superior Court-North. Greenwood also had outstanding active Electronic Bench Warrants (Original charges: Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Theft by Deception, and Receiving Stolen Property).
  • Phillip Keown, 30, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Bedford, NH (Original charge: Theft by Unauthorized Taking). Pursuant to this arrest, Keown was also found in possession of a quantity of suspected heroin/fentanyl. He was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug.
  • Yaidelis Mentor Rosario, 24, of Manchester, was booked in absentia at Valley Street Jail on an outstanding Manchester Police warrant for Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Marijuana).
  • For the purposes of thoroughness and transparency, it should be noted that Ms. Rosario had willingly turned herself into the Manchester Police Department in order to answer for outstanding driving-related electronic bench warrants, and was ultimately additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana) – a charge which stemmed from a January 2021 incident.
  • Ivan Mayobanex Garcia, 26, of Derry, was arrested for 3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Methamphetamine, Heroin/Fentanyl, and Cocaine), and Falsifying Physical Evidence.
  • Justin Whorf, 26, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding Manchester Police warrant for Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon.
  • Shaun Barton, 39, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
  • Joshua Hurd,39, of Manchester, was arrested on a Probation/Parole hold. Also, a search warrant executed on a Somerville Street residence linked to Hurd yielded further items of evidentiary value. He was additionally charged with being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (firearm), Felonious Use of a Firearm, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Heroin/Fentanyl and Gabapentin), and 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine and suspected Testosterone).
  • Jonathan Bush, 36, of Manchester, was arrested on a Probation/Parole hold. Additionally, a search warrant executed on a Silver Street residence linked to Bush yielded further items of evidentiary value. He was additionally charged with Armed Career Criminal, and 3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Heroin/Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Cocaine)

During the above-mentioned search on River Rd, which culminated in the arrest of Kabura, a 17-year-old juvenile was also taken into custody and later released to a parent at Manchester Police Department headquarters.

As a result of this combined cooperation amongst New Hampshire agencies, the following was seized:Collaborative Effort Amongst Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies

  • over 650 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl
  • over 550 grams of marijuana
  • more than 200 grams of suspected methamphetamine
  • 180 grams of suspected crack cocaine
  • more than 100 grams of suspected cocaine were also confiscated
  • 100 Gabapentin 300mg pills
  • multiple vials of suspected Testosterone
  • $855 US currency
  • two firearms

The Substance Abuse Reduction Grant provided funding for this initiative.
