Victoria Police have announced that detectives from the Transit Safety Division have arrested a man in connection with an alleged sexual attack last month.
Investigators were told that a 15-year old girl was traveling on a bus when, on 17th February, a male entered the bus at Hallam Road. He allegedly sexually assaulted this girl.
Today, detectives arrested a 21-year old Hampton Park man.
He was charged with 3 counts of sexual assault on a child below the age of 16.
The man appeared in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court and was released on bail to return again on 6th April.

Hallam Road at Willow Drive around 11.20am, 17 April
Hallam Road at Somerville Road, about 12.20pm 30 April
Willow Drive at Hallam South Road around 4pm on Tuesday, 2 May
Pound Road at 10.30 am on 14 May
